I will keep scoring for Super Eagles-Okechuwkwu
Akwa United Striker, Gabriel Okechukwu has assured Nigerians not to spare any stone unturned, to keep banging goals for the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
Okechukwu who is currently informed and remained toast of the moment has hogged the different headlines, after his crucial goals against Angola and Sudan respectively at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nation championship in Morocco was enough to keep Super Eagles of Nigeria alive in the competition.
He has now scored two winning goals for the Eagles at 2018 CHAN tournament to help the team secure semi final and final ticket.
It took Okechukwu Gabriel extra-time strike to make it 2-1 win at the Stade Ibn Batouta in Tangier, Morocco after Vladimir second-half goal swung the game in Angola’s favour.
Akwa United goal puncher, Okechukwu also on Wednesday took the bull by the horn, handed Super Eagles the first ever final ticket of CHAN when his 16th minutes strike broke the backbone of stubborn Sudanese to secure the final match against the host Morocco.
According to the goal bomber who is elated at the prospect of the CHAN team wining the competition said
“I know it is my duty to score goals and I have to score to justify my inclusion in the team, I will keep scoring goals for Nigeria and by the grace of God I will score in the final on Sunday”
