European clubs battle over FC Mavlon 7-star striker

Top European clubs are in contention to sign Charles Agada, 15 – year old Nigerian teenage striker, who continues to paint Europe with goals at the on – going training tour of his club, FC Mavlon in Bulgaria, www.totorinews.com reports exclusively.

Agada proved again that he is a fox inside the box when he scored the second goal in the 3-0 spanking of FC Bansko on Friday evening to make it his seventh goal in seven friendly games for FC Mavlon in Bulgaria. It is therefore not surprising to hear that the teenage prodigy has atttacted interests from some highly rated clubs in Europe.
Agada’s style of play is perfectly suited for modern day football. He has strong dribbling skills, very difficult to mark or retrieve ball from him. He is pacy, a very clinical striker and blessed with canon of shots in both legs, especially the right foot.

Definately, with all these attributes and his goals scoring exploits in what can be tagged a pre – season tournament for FC Mavlon in Bulgaria, clubs like CSKA Sofia of Bulgaria and SC Lazio of Italy already made enquires about the young striker.

However, in an exclusive chat with www.totorinews.com,  Martins Kanayo Martins, the Sporting Director of FC Mavlon informed that about three clubs in Bulgaria and four from other parts of Europe have been monitoring Agada and four other players in the team and it is a good development.

“The focus remains that development of our players and that is the essence of this training tour of Europe. It has been a good experience so far as some clubs in Europe  like CSKA Sofia, SC Lazio of Italy have shown interest in our players,” Kanayo told www.totorinews.com.

“Charles is the most sought after at the moment. Even a club in Germany made enquires about him few days ago. Other players are also being monitored,” he added.

“But as I stated earlier, FC Mavlon want to give these players platform to nurture and develop them at their formative stage and we hope that any European club coming for them will continue with we already started from Nigeria.

“This is just the cradle of their football. These players have great potentials and we want them to be properly guided to develop and maximise these potentials fully, not to be derailed or distracted,” he said.
