NSM Seals Partnership to Promote National Sports Festival

Foremost WhatsApp Platform, NSM Rebranded has sealed a partnership to promote the 21st National Sports Festival tagged Delta 2022.

Revealing the ground breaking deal, Super Admin of the Platform, Mr Adewale Ajayi said that NSM is committed to ensuring the event go viral.

Ahead of the fast approaching National Sports Festival, NSM has reached an agreement with the event organizers to be one of the official partners,” Adewale Ajayi stated.

As event partners, NSM is offering a logo flash from now to the end of the games to the organizers.”

“We will also do build up stories on the games from now till the event proper. We will also be present in Delta state to do live coverage and report the games live,” he added.

The Nigerian National Sports Festival is a biennial multi-sport event organized by the Federal Government of Nigeria through the National Sports Commission for athletes from the 36 States of Nigeria. National Sports Festival started in 1973 as a unifying tool for the promotion of cross-cultural affiliation in Nigeria after the Civil War. The first National Sports Festival was held at the National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos.

Delta State has been selected to host the 21st National Sports Festival tagged Delta 2022. Delta state is known for its proactive sports atmosphere. Delta won the highest medals in the 20th edition of the National Sports Festival held in Edo State and the state is ready to deliver the best National Sports Festival since inception

President Tinubu Decries Violence In Rivers, Directs Police To Provide Security To LGA Offices

President Bola Tinubu has called on Governor Siminalayi Fubara, political leaders and their supporters in Rivers State to exercise restraint and uphold the rule of law.

In response to recent tensions following last Saturday’s local government council election, the President expressed deep concern over reports of arson and explosions in the state.

He urged all political actors to de-escalate the situation and discourage their supporters from engaging in violence or destructive actions.

President Tinubu directed the police to restore and maintain peace, law, and order immediately.

While instructing law enforcement agencies to bring the situation under control, he emphasised the need to ensure the security of public institutions.

President Tinubu said government facilities built with public funds must be safeguarded from vandalism.

He stressed that self-help has no place in a democratic system, especially after 25 years of continuous democracy.

According to President Tinubu, the judiciary can settle all political disputes, and the outcome of this election should be no exception.
