As Giugliano tackles Foggia in the match day 17 fixture of the Italian Serie C on Sunday evening, Sulaiman Oyewale, the Nigerian player in the team is very optimistic of favourable result for Giugliano.

Oyewale, who has been in a very tremendous form for Giugliano this season, said that the focus of the team is to qualify for the playoff and possibly win the promotion ticket there.

He further informed that Giugliano is presently at the 5th position, gaining 23 points after 16 games, adding that from all indications, the team looks formidable to achieve their main objective of gaining promotion.

“We are not doing badly, but we can do better. We are at the 5th position and we will continue to work harder to achieve our aim of gaining promotion.”

“It is impossible for us to win the championship. We have some of our players out due to injury, but we will continue to work harder to make it through to the playoff tournament.

“Our target is to continue to play our league games with this strong objective in our hearts. It is possible and we believe that we have the quality in the team to bring this to reality.

“We hope to get the maximum points against Foggia this evening. Winning the game is what is paramount,” he said.

Oyewale  who can function as a left wing back has been very active for Giugliano as an integral member of the team on match days.
