APC Caretaker Committee Affirms Ize-Iyamu As party flag bearer in Edo Poll
The National Executive Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has affirmed candidacy of Pastor Osagie Ize- Iyamu as its Governorship flagbearer in the forthcoming Edo Election.
The decision was reached at the National Executive Council meeting held on Thursday in Abuja shortly after NWC appointed Governor of Yobe State, Mai Mala Buni, as Chairman Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Committee of the party.
It said the process that produced Ize-Iyamu was credible and fair.
President Muhammadu Buhari also directed all party members to discontinue all ongoing litigations as they affect the party.
