Benin Rep. Side ASVO Welcomes New Era with Coach Fatai Osho Under New Ownership

In an exciting turn of events, Benin Republic side, ASVO has appointed Fatai Osho as the new head coach, signing a multi-year contract. The team, led by its majority shareholder, Dele David, father of Nigeria U23 striker Promise David welcome Osho to the reigns

Coach Osho, who previously led the club and brings a wealth of experience and success from his tenure with Rivers United and Enyimba FC of Nigeria. During his time with Enyimba FC, Osho secured the Nigerian league title and guided the team to the quarter-finals of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Cup.

Benin Republic side ASVO football club is on the cusp of history with the right. management pushing the club to greatness. Dele David, father of professional footballer Promise David, is the largest shareholder of ASVO, driven by his deep passion for football—a sport his son plays professionally in Estonia.

Coach Osho’s return to ASVO is marked by a two-year contract, underscoring the club’s commitment to long-term growth and success. His unveiling was a grand event, attended by Dele David, who traveled from across the Atlantic to support this significant milestone. During the ceremony, Osho was presented with an official SUV car, symbolizing the club’s support and high expectations for his tenure.

Dele David expressed his optimism for ASVO’s future, stating, “I am passionate about football and excited to contribute to ASVO’s success. With Coach Osho at the helm, I am confident we will achieve great things together. I know what it means to be at a professional football club. My son plays this sport and I am taking my responsibilities for this club as seriously as a father will take care of his son. I do this for the passion I have.”

Coach Fatai Osho shared his enthusiasm, saying, “I am honored to return to ASVO and lead this talented team. With the support of the club’s management, players, and fans, we are poised for a successful journey ahead.”

Toronto FC Canada puts Ademola Kuti on watch list for summer transfer

Former Lobi Star FC striker  Ademola Kuti has been put on the watch list  of Toronto FC of Canada for summer transfer due to his  goal scoring ability in 18 yard box

Kuti started his football  career with Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL)  Lobi Stars Football Club before moving to Al-Fujuirah a top division club in  Dubai, where he continued to showcase his talent. 
Kuti also played in the Indian Super League  Minerals Academy FC and Ghana’s Heart of Oaks   one of Africa’s biggest clubs.

Ademola kuti  has also had spells with several other African teams, AS Sondep football Club,  Niger. 
Currently, he is a free agent, and there is growing interest from a team in Canada called Toronto FC looking to secure his services.
Nicknamed commander-in goal, kuti has worked with Diego Maradona and host of other talented coaches both in Africa and Europe.

The 6ft tall striker is a positive minded person who’s presence in any team always add glamour and competitiveness therefore giving recognition to the team.
