Football Charity Cup: Team Attom pounces Team Celebrity 4-1

Its was a gale of enjoyment,fun and celebration for many resident of FCT over the weekend as the arrays of legend players all over the world as well as Nigerians entertainer dazzled In football charity Cup.
Legend players like the former Arsenal of England star, Emmanuel Ebue, former Chelsea of England star, Claude Makelele, comedians, AY, Sabinus and Broda Shaggy
Other notable music stars like Tiwa Savage, Wande Cool, and several other top celebrities graced the occasion.
The Match was organized by the Attom Foundation to raise funds and awareness to support eye care treatment for at least 10,000 Nigerians, particularly the elderly, affected by vision problems such as refractive errors, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, and glaucoma.
However, Moshood Abiola National Stadium came alive with overwhelming crowds as Team Attom pounced Team Celebrity 4-1 to win the inaugural edition of Attom Charity Champions cup.
Super Eagles star, Kelechi Iheancho was the hero of Saturday’s match played at the Moshold Abiola stadium.
Iheancho was definitely a thorn in the defence of the opposing team that was led by former Super Eagles captain, Jay Jay Okocha. His effort saw him score a brace and creating the penalty.
Hoever, the Jay Jay Okocha team paraded several current and former Super Eagles players in addition to other former international football stars in their midst. The team had the likes of Ahmed Musa, Samuel Chukwueze, Kenneth Omerou, former South African, Mark Fish to mention but a few.
Despite all their efforts which saw them mostly dictating the pace of the game, their matter was not helped by the glaring misses of Samuel Chukwueze who had several begging chances to score but squandered them all.

Agada Shines with Brace as Orijent Beat Karlovac 2-0
Nigerian forward Charles Adah Agada scored twice as HNK Orijent secured a 2-0 away victory over Karlovac 1919 in the Croatian SuperSport Prva NL on Saturday.
Orijent produced an impressive performance at the Branko Čavlović-Čavlek Stadium in Karlovac to claim all three points in the league encounter.
Agada, a former Mavlon FC of Lagos attacker, was the standout performer, finding the net twice to help the visitors overcome their hosts and strengthen their position in the league campaign.
Orijent went into the half-time break with a 1-0 advantage before extending their lead in the second half.
The Nigerian striker completed his brace with the goal that made it 2-0 in the 57th minute.
Karlovac were unable to find a response as Orijent held on to their advantage to secure victory away from home.
The result represents an important boost for Orijent, who will look to build on the performance in their subsequent league fixtures.
For Agada, the brace underlines his value to the team as Orijent continue their campaign in Croatia’s second-tier football competition.
He has built an important role on loan at the club and has successfully established himself as a regular fixture in their lineup, appearing in all 8 league matches so far this season.
