Nollywood star, Paul Obazele endorses Bebuzee

Nollywood star actor and former President of the Association of Movie Producers, Nigeria, (AMP), has endorsed Bebuzee, an outstanding new free-to-watch online source for Nigerian entertainment and news content.
Obazele is a well-respected actor, producer, human right activist and philanthropist.
He is also the founder of Legends of Nollywood Awards (LNA) Bebuzee, a UK based online streaming platform is making headlines as it recently unveiled its upcoming video and content streaming service and social media platform, aimed specifically at the Nigerian market with subscription-free movies and content.
Bebuzee, with an over 16 million subscribers across Africa, has recently partnered with more than fifty Nollywood producers to gain exclusive rights to their content before it is launched to the public. With its brand ambassador program, Paul Obazele becomes the newest popular personality to affiliate with Bebuzee in spreading the word of this unique and localized service set to debut in December.
Obazele, undoubtedly one of the strongest voices in the Nigerian motion picture industry, Nollywood, has put in several decades of active industry participation, most of which he held leadership positions that have steered the industry to its current enviable status.
The Edo-born celebrity actor, whose romance with the world of make-believe, dates back to his undergraduate days at the Auchi Polytechnic, rising to become a foundation member of the movie industry in Nigeria in the early 90s, is currently the President Edo Filmmakers in Nigeria. In a recent chat with journalists on his decision to identify with the Bebuzee brand, he had this to say; ” I have followed the enviable track record of Bebuzee from the UK to various other parts of the world where they are currently streaming and I have come to appreciate the quality of what they have to offer our practitioners hence when the offer came I did not think twice.

Nigeria, Saudi Arabia Explore Film Production Collaboration

Nigeria and Saudi Arabia have commenced discussions on sustainable cultural cooperation, particularly in the area film production.
Consequently, a meeting has been held between the Nigerian Film Corporation led by Dr. Ali Nuhu and Mr. Ali Khalil Al-Maqeit, representative of the Saudi Arabia Film Commission, at the ongoing Berlinale film festival in Germany.
The Saudi authorities are eager to sign a cooperation agreement with Nigeria, to facilitate a robust film sector development for both countries.
The potentials for film industry growth are vast, with opportunities for co-production, talent exchange, and knowledge sharing. The handshake between Nigeria’s vibrant film industry, and that of Saudi Arabia would enable the showcase of unique cultures of both nations.
This significant effort is part of a broader strategy by Saudi Arabia and Nigeria to strengthen bilateral cultural relations.
As the two countries move towards the emplacement of a cooperation agreement, exciting new developments and investment opportunities await Nigeria and Saudi filmmakers.
